Under 1 hour	Two adjournments on consent are permitted. Any further adjournments will be adjourned sine die returnable on 4 days’ notice unless otherwise ordered by the presiding Motions Court Justice.Any motion or application that requires more than 30 minutes shall be scheduled for a special appointment. Special appointment dates will be obtained from and scheduled by the Trial Coordinator. At the time of scheduling special appointments (long motions), counsel must complete a Certificate of Readiness confirming they are ready to proceed, the time required for the motion and whether a court reporter is required.Once the date has been assigned by the Trial Coordinator for a special appointment, any adjournment requests must be spoken to before a judge. The Trial Coordinator must be advised of any adjournment requests and any settlements prior to the hearing date.
