The Binding Judicial Dispute Resolution (Binding JDR) pilot project will be introduced in the London Family Court Branch (SCJ) effective December 1, 2023.
This pilot allows parties in a family law case, on consent, to choose to participate in Binding JDR to arrive at a final resolution of their case without the need for a trial.
