Notice: In August 2022, to ensure that the Justices of the Peace Review Council may address misconduct of varying degrees of severity as contemplated by ss. 11.1(10)(a)-(g) of the Justices of the Peace Act, the Review Council adopted a test for judicial misconduct that should be applied by Hearing Panels. The test for judicial misconduct may be found in rule 16 of the Review Council’s Procedures Document.
